This place was quite disappointing. When arriving here we had found most of the place hadn't been cleaned and there was items throughout the apartment that were not functioning properly. The one door knob was taken off and painters tape was put over to hide it. We called the service department to come fix the issue. They arrived and put the door knob internals in but never fixed the door itself. Then the smoke alarm batteries died so we had to call the service department again after 1 day of the thing chirping throughout the night. On top of it all though the bugs were awful. Mosquitoes littered the place and as I mentioned before the place had not been cleaned so there were dead mosquitoes plastered everywhere throughout the ceilings and walls from past guests. However the pool area was nice especially since it was included, even though it was a little walk. Also the kayak launch area was a nice bonus as well. That is why I rate this place a 2 out of 5 because it did have some nice ammenities.
I have vacationed here for the past two years. I have always gone with another family. We have never had any problems with the Condo, they are equipped with all that you need for the week, if staying a week. The Condos are clean, the community is well kept, some Folks live here year round and the "locals" have always been so very nice. You will need to bring your own towels, sheets and blankets, and pillows. For a family of two with 9people. It's a nice week. They have parking on site, right on front of your unit, the prices are spot on. The only drawback is you have a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. The community has a Golf course on site, a pool, and the grounds are kept beautiful!
We reserved a unit for a week with our fur babies. We thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent water views from our back balcony. The grounds are painstakingly maintained. We are grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this oasis near the beach.
