Decent pool with lifeguards -though they could do a little more to get the leaves out of the pool.

Nice facilities, community center and the shuttle to the beach is very clean and trips are frequent so there is a very minimal wait for the shuttle
Carnival night should have been called family fun night since it wasn't anything close to a carnival. My daughter and I were extremely disappointed since we we expecting cotton candy, face painting, corn dogs and other carnival related things, but there was only some makeshift games that weren't suitable for a 3 year old.
