I was just amazed with the knowledge each tech had. They really are the best!
Absolutely awful, they had no idea what they were doing with the restoration of my house that burned down. Plus they didn't return some of the items that were salvageable from the fire.
They don't pay subcontractors, we did the job, they collect customer's money and never answer the phone
Great for restoration, but don't use for renovations! They don't engage the customer on what they submit to insurers.They subcontract most renovation work (and don't oversee the work) and I think you can do better !
In reference to the post from "blessed bro" I am sorry for your experience but can you maybe be more specific. Gale Force only handles fires through 3rd party work. I assure you and everyone who reviews your post that Gale Force has had zero complaints from customers who have suffered from a fire in the past 14 months.
