I have always had great service and speedy pick up service from UPS. Nice personnel work there and Very helpful. No complaints here.
I have been shipping with these guys for well over a year. Recently I was accused by the owner/manager, whom I have spoken to many times before, of doing something wrong. He then told me he had a warning sheet for someone. I told him he should get that sheet and look at the name because its not me. He proceeded to get the sheet but would not tell me the name on the sheet until I told him my info. I told him my address, neither address not names matched my info. Accusing people before you know is not someone I want to support. I will never be back
When I printed something online and it printed with a double print they said it was my fault and only half of my papers printed this way. So, not only did I not get what I sent I had already paid but I got blamed for it and then on top of that, they said, "you don't have to pay for it." Which I responded and said, "it was online and I already did." They said, "oh, yeah, never mind." I used these guys about 5 times. The equipment is wonderful but the competency is lacking.
I went into this store today to print off my ups label to send off my business for my company and will certainly never be back to say the least. Not only did they want to charge me $2 FOR THEM TO USE THEIR OWN COMPUTER to pull up my label (that was already created), but the manager was extremely rude and demeaning. When I questioned why they had a charge for them to pull it up and why was it so much, considering printing it only costed .11, the manager informed me that that was his charge and "it's seriously only $2" when I said nevermind, i'll just go to Staples where it's only .11 the manager mockingly joked "oh, ok just drive all the way to staples over $2 that makes sense, right" in front of all the other customers in the store at the time. As i walked out he continued to laugh and mock that i would even consider going somewhere else. This is not only about the $2 rip off of a charge, it's also about the customer service and the way i was treated. I would give them 0 stars if i could, but google won't let me. I guess the 1 star i have to give them is for the owner getting out of bed this morning and opening his doors. Well done sir, well done.
